Clarity that accelerates your fundraising

Fundraising succeeds when companies and investors
share the same point of clarity.

Grounded in American economist Thomas Shelling's coordination theory we help you create the strategic narrative, cohesive materials, and a disciplined process that moves your round forward towards investor conviction.

The Schelling principle applied to fundraising

Fundraising is shaped by many dynamics:

  • information gaps
  • evolving narratives
  • internal investor processes
  • shifting market signals.

Across all of these, clarity is the element that accelerates alignment.

Thomas Schelling's coordination theory shows that in complex environments, decisionmakers naturally align around the most transparent and intuitive option.

Applied to fundraising, this means investors converge fastest when the company's logic, trajectory, and potential are articulated with precision. Our role is to create that clarity. Through structured analysis, a coherent strategic narrative, and disciplined process execution, we make the underlying investment case unmistakable – enabling investors to evaluate, align, and commit with confidence.

Fundraising as a Service

Fundraising is one of the defining moments in a company's trajectory. Success depends on how clearly the opportunity is framed, how consistently it is communicated, and how effectively the process is managed.

We help companies create clarity and structure. Our work spans strategy, narrative development, material preparation, and disciplined execution—designed to move investors from interest to conviction with fewer setbacks and stronger alignment.

Capital raising strategy
1

Capital raising strategy

What we deliver:

  • Round design: size, structure, timing, milestones
  • Capital plan aligned with growth trajectory and risk profile
  • Benchmarking against comparable companies and investor expectations
  • Valuation anchors and supporting rationales
  • Investor landscape mapping based on stage, thesis, and strategic fit
  • Readiness assessment and preparation plan

Outcome:

A well-framed, credible fundraising plan that aligns the company's needs with the realities of the investor market and sets the round up for efficient execution.

Investor narrative development
2

Investor narrative development

A strong investor narrative is the mechanism through which investors understand, remember, and communicate the opportunity effectively within their partnership. We shape a narrative that brings together traction, growth logic, positioning, and ambition in a coherent and compelling way.

What we develop:

  • Strategic narrative structure and storyline
  • Clear articulation of value proposition and market logic
  • Refinement and challenge of traction and growth logic
  • Clarification of competitive context and positioning choices
  • Risk articulation with credible mitigation logic
  • Messaging consistency across all investor touchpoints

Outcome:

A narrative that communicates the opportunity with clarity, strengthens internal investor dialogue, and accelerates alignment around the opportunity.

Investor materials
3

Investor materials

We design materials as decision tools, ensuring they reinforce the narrative and make it easy for investors to evaluate the opportunity.

Deliverables include:

  • Pitch deck with strategic, financial, and visual coherence
  • Review and refinement of the financial model, including logic and assumptions
  • Metrics and data pack structured for investor evaluation
  • Dealroom structure with prioritised document hierarchy
  • Q&A bank supporting internal investor discussions
  • Leadership talking points for consistent communication

Outcome:

Clear, investor-ready materials that elevate credibility, reduce uncertainty, and support informed decision-making.

Process execution
4

Process execution

A fundraising round moves forward when momentum is actively managed. We orchestrate the investor process with the discipline, cadence, and precision required to reach the closing point.

What we manage:

  • Investor outreach and sequencing strategy
  • Meeting flow and preparation
  • Follow-ups, investor information requests, and access to materials
  • Pipeline tracking and structured investor updates
  • Ensuring the process moves forward with consistent pace and clear next steps
  • Support through negotiation, term refinement, and closing preparation
  • Coordination with legal advisors and investor teams

Outcome:

A structured process with less friction that allows founders to focus on the conversations that matter – while we manage the complexity around them.

If you are preparing a Seed, Series A, or early-growth round, we can help you create the clarity, structure, and momentum that drive investor conviction.

Investment Case Philosophy

Fundraising succeeds when the investment case is easy to understand, intuitive to evaluate, and consistent across every touchpoint. Our philosophy is built around creating the clarity that enables this.

Drawing on Thomas Schelling's coordination theory, we focus on making the underlying logic of the opportunity transparent—so investors can quickly form a shared understanding and move toward alignment. When clarity drives the process, momentum follows.

We apply this thinking through four tightly connected elements:

Analysis:

Distilling the business into a clear investment logic: what drives growth, what creates value, and what requires explanation.

Narrative:

Shaping a coherent story that connects traction, strategy, and ambition in a way that is intuitive for investors to grasp and communicate internally.

Materials:

Translating the investment case into decision-ready materials that present information consistently and support confident assessment.

Process:

Maintaining pace, structure, and coordination throughout the round—ensuring forward movement and clarity across all interactions.

Across all phases, our principle remains simple: clarity enables alignment, and alignment drives momentum.
